West Virginia Hope Scholarship
DiscoveryBin is working to serve West Virginia families using Hope Scholarship education funds.
The West Virginia Hope Scholarship is an education savings account program for qualifying K–12 students. The scholarship can be used for qualifying education expenses such as tuition, homeschool curriculum, and other approved costs.

Using Hope Scholarship funds
Hope Scholarship funds can only be used for qualifying expenses through approved providers or other program-authorized methods. Beginning with the 2026–27 school year, existing private school and traditional homeschool students who were not previously eligible may be able to participate if they meet current program requirements.
