Arkansas EFA & ClassWallet

DiscoveryBin LLC is an approved Arkansas Education Freedom Account (EFA) vendor. Families can request an unpaid, itemized invoice for eligible educational products and submit it through ClassWallet Direct Pay. Product eligibility and payment approval are decided by Arkansas EFA and ClassWallet; vendor approval does not make every product eligible.

How Arkansas EFA Direct Pay works

  1. Choose products. Browse DiscoveryBin products and save the product names or links and quantities.
  2. Request an invoice. Send your contact information, requested products, and shipping ZIP code through our Arkansas EFA invoice-request page. There is no cost to ask for an invoice and no order is placed by making a request.
  3. Receive your unpaid invoice. DiscoveryBin checks availability, prices, applicable charges and the requested items. An official invoice includes item descriptions, individual prices, total amount due, and the EFA student's name, provided through an appropriate private follow-up.
  4. Submit to ClassWallet. In your Arkansas EFA ClassWallet account, choose the Direct Pay option, select the vendor named DiscoveryBin, and upload the unpaid invoice for review. ClassWallet may use an AI-supported invoice-submission process.
  5. Approval and delivery. If ClassWallet approves the invoice, DiscoveryBin confirms the authorized purchase and arranges fulfillment, then provides shipping or tracking information.

Important: Do not use the regular Shopify checkout expecting it to withdraw Arkansas EFA funds. ClassWallet Direct Pay is separate from ordinary store checkout. We do not guarantee approval of individual purchases.

What products qualify?

Arkansas EFA evaluates each product or expense under its current rules. DiscoveryBin carries physical education, art, music, inclusive learning and sensory support, and career or trade skills resources. The fact that an item is for sale here does not by itself establish EFA eligibility. If you are unsure about an item, check with Arkansas EFA before requesting payment approval.

Privacy and assistance

For the initial invoice request, please do not provide student ID numbers, EFA account numbers, passwords, Social Security numbers, bank details, medical records, or sensitive student information. We will contact you privately if the official invoice needs the student's name.
