Raven Homeschool (Alaska) Quote & PO Review

DiscoveryBin is an approved Raven Homeschool / YKSD vendor in Alaska. Use this page to request a product quote or ask about an authorized Raven purchase order. There is no charge to ask, and this request does not place an order or create an invoice payable by Raven.

Before Raven-funded items can be provided, your Raven teacher must approve them and issue a signed Pre-Approval form / authorized purchase order. If you haven't received one yet, we're happy to help you gather product details to share with your teacher.

Request a Raven quote or PO review

Use the contact form below. Enter your name and email. At the top of the Message field write Raven Homeschool Alaska Order Request. Then include:

  • DiscoveryBin product names or links and requested quantities
  • Your Alaska shipping ZIP code (so we can check delivery costs and availability for the selected products)
  • Whether your Raven teacher has already approved the items and issued a signed Pre-Approval form/PO (yes, no, or pending)
  • Any product or shipping questions

If the form isn't shown or you prefer email, write to programs@discoverybin.com with the product links, quantities and ZIP code.

Privacy: Please do not enter a student's full name, student ID, educational plan, medical information, PO scans, payment details or account credentials in this initial website form. We will follow up privately with instructions for any documents required to confirm the order and prepare Raven's official invoice.

What happens after you contact us?

  1. We check product descriptions, quantities, prices, availability and shipping.
  2. You work with your Raven teacher to confirm eligibility and obtain the signed authorization / purchase order if it has not already been issued.
  3. We review the authorization and confirm whether the order can be accepted and fulfilled. Do not treat a quote request as an accepted order.
  4. Once the approved order is completed, DiscoveryBin prepares an itemized invoice for Yukon-Koyukuk School District Accounts Payable, referencing the authorized PO.

Important: Raven purchase orders are processed separately from ClassWallet and regular Shopify checkout. Please do not use checkout expecting it to charge Raven funds. If you intend to pay personally and seek family reimbursement, ask your Raven teacher about the required preapproval and receipts before you purchase.
