Raven Homeschool (Alaska) Purchase Orders

DiscoveryBin LLC is an approved Raven Homeschool vendor through Yukon-Koyukuk School District (YKSD), effective October 27, 2026. We're glad to help Raven families explore educational products for their students. Each purchase still requires Raven's individual authorization.

Raven uses a signed preapproval and purchase-order (PO) process. It is not ClassWallet Direct Pay or a regular website checkout. Please arrange Raven-funded orders with us before paying or checking out.

How to order with Raven Homeschool

  1. Choose your products. Browse DiscoveryBin and save the product names or links and quantities. Your Raven teacher will need to determine whether the proposed items fit the student's Individual Learning Plan (ILP).
  2. Request a quote or order review. Use our Raven request page to share product links, quantities, a contact email, and your Alaska shipping ZIP code. This request does not charge you or place an order.
  3. Obtain written preapproval and a PO. Work with your Raven teacher to obtain a signed Pre-Approval form and an authorized purchase order before DiscoveryBin provides the products. Raven says it is not responsible for purchases without preapproval/PO on file.
  4. Confirm your order with DiscoveryBin. We will review the approved items, PO details, prices, availability, shipping, and any remaining setup requirements. Please wait for our written confirmation before considering an order accepted or expecting shipment.
  5. Invoice and fulfillment. After the authorized order has been completed, DiscoveryBin sends an invoice to YKSD Accounts Payable referencing the PO and the information Raven requires. Any invoice or shipment questions can be handled directly with our team.

Do not use normal Shopify checkout if you expect Raven to pay DiscoveryBin directly. Website checkout does not submit a Raven purchase order or charge Raven funds. Approval as a Raven vendor does not mean that every product listed here is eligible for a student's plan.

What if I want to pay myself and ask Raven for reimbursement?

Raven has a separate family reimbursement process. Please discuss preapproval and receipt requirements with your Raven teacher before you pay. A personal purchase at DiscoveryBin does not guarantee reimbursement. We can provide an itemized receipt for an order that has been paid.

Updated October 28, 2026. Raven's individual eligibility, purchase-order, payment, and receipt rules control each transaction. We are confirming any final physical-product invoicing details with Raven's vendor team.
