SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times vary depending on the product, destination, shipping carrier, and fulfillment location. Estimated delivery dates, when provided, are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Some DiscoveryBin products may be shipped directly from our trusted suppliers. If an order contains multiple products, those products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.

SHIPPING COSTS

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before your order is completed.

TRACKING INFORMATION

When tracking information is available, it will be provided after the order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your tracking information.

CLASSWALLET ORDERS

Orders purchased using ClassWallet are processed in accordance with applicable ClassWallet payment and funding requirements. ClassWallet authorization or processing requirements may affect when an order can be released for fulfillment.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside DiscoveryBin LLC’s control, including weather, carrier delays, holidays, or other transportation disruptions.
