RETURNS
We accept returns of eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and any included accessories, instructions, or materials.
Some products may be shipped directly from one of our trusted suppliers. Return instructions and the return address may vary depending on the product. Please contact DiscoveryBin LLC before sending any item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
We may request photographs of the item and packaging to help us process your request.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Gift cards
• Items marked as final sale
• Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or are missing original packaging or components

REFUNDS

CLASSWALLET PURCHASES
Orders paid through ClassWallet may be subject to ClassWallet’s payment, reimbursement, and funding requirements. Approved refunds for ClassWallet-funded purchases will be handled through the appropriate payment method or process associated with the original transaction.
Refunds cannot be issued as cash or to a different payment method when prohibited by ClassWallet or applicable program requirements.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges, when applicable, are generally non-refundable.
CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because some orders may be sent to our suppliers for fulfillment shortly after they are placed, we cannot guarantee that an order can be canceled once processing has begun.
