New Hampshire EFA Invoice Inquiry (Direct Pay Pending)

DiscoveryBin is an approved New Hampshire Education Freedom Account (EFA) provider. Request an unpaid, itemized invoice for educational products you would like to purchase through the EFA program. There is no charge to request an invoice, and a request does not place an order or collect payment.

New Hampshire ClassWallet activation is being finalized. We can review your request now, but please do not submit a Direct Pay transaction until we confirm that our New Hampshire payment setup is active.

Ask about a New Hampshire EFA invoice

Use the contact form below. Enter your name and email, then write New Hampshire EFA Invoice Request at the top of the Message field. In that field, include the DiscoveryBin product names or links, quantities, shipping ZIP code, and school year if relevant. Phone is optional. Select Send to submit. We will reply by email with any questions and an unpaid invoice if appropriate.

If the form isn't visible or you prefer email, contact programs@discoverybin.com. Put New Hampshire EFA Invoice Request in the subject and include product links, quantities, and ZIP code.

Do not enter EFA account numbers, student ID numbers, passwords, bank information, Social Security numbers, or sensitive student or medical records. ClassWallet's retailer invoice requirements include the student's first and last name; we will ask for this privately when we prepare your official invoice.

What happens next?

  1. DiscoveryBin reviews availability, educational-product details, shipping and applicable charges.
  2. We prepare an unpaid, itemized invoice with the retailer name, EFA student's name, product description, invoice date and total amount due.
  3. Once the New Hampshire ClassWallet setup is active, the family submits the invoice in ClassWallet for program review. Approval is not guaranteed.
  4. After program approval and verified payment authorization, DiscoveryBin arranges shipment and provides tracking information.

Please do not use regular Shopify checkout expecting it to charge EFA funds. Direct Pay is separate from ordinary store checkout.
